Since January 8, 1889, the Illinois Firefighter’s Association, Inc. (IFA) has been dedicated to the advancement of Fire Service. 

Our Mission Statement: Dedicated to the advancement of the Fire Service by providing leadership. The Illinois Firefighters Association will proudly support the health and welfare of the community of firefighters in Illinois through education, training, benefits and information networking at the local, state and national levels.
